Double reflector DR YAG/4 and HeNe,

applied for laser scanners and microscope input couplers.

R > 99.7% 266 nm, 45° S,
R > 99% 266 nm, 45° P,
R > 99% 633 nm, 45° S,
R > 90% 633 nm, 45° P.

Damage threshold
10 ns pulses, 1 Hz
5 J/cm2 at 266 nm


Similar coatings can be produced for all wavelengths combinations, R and AOI.
T from 350 to 550 nm can be enlarged by AR.
