Coatings described on these pages were produced for highest power densities. They are suitable for internal use in resonators by the means of high power materials, additional barrier layers and of overcoatings. Damage thresholds are measured by LASERLABOR GÖTTINGEN and by LASERZENTRUM HANNOVER.

The following standard coatings and optics represent a brief selection of LASEROPTIKs total capabilities. Most coatings and optics supplied by LASEROPTIK are specially made at customers requirements and drawings.

Our optics for the Nd:YAG or Nd:YVO4 laser (1064nm) are coated with dielectric metaloxide multilayer systems and withstand superior laser powers.

A standard mirror for 1064 nm /0° has a guaranteed LIDT of 40 J/cm2 @ 10 ns single shot, whereas our high power mirrors for 1064 nm /0° withstand more than 80 J/cm2 @ 10 ns single shot. For other optics and layer systems please inquire the LIDT.

For related solid state lasers (e.g. Nd:YLF (1047 nm and 1053 nm), Nd:glass (1047-1087 nm), Yb:YAG (1030 nm)) please see the attached diagrams in our shop for spectral conformance. The main principle of all coating types can be transferred to any other wavelength.
